Pam, was featured in the January 28, 2010 issue of the Wayne Co. Journal Banner, for woman in business. Pam began her career in the food processing industry in Indiana in 1974, working on on a production line and worked her way up learning the business from the ground up. In 1980 she was promoted to Production Supervisor. In 1992 when International Multifoods owned the company Pam and Gary were asked to transfer to Piedmont. She assumed the position of Production Manager. In 1998 she was promoted to Plant Manager which is now Windsor Foods, Inc. and the largest facility in Wayne Co.
